1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Hyperbaric Wellness Inc. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns require prior authorization from Hyperbaric Wellness Inc.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used hyperbaric chambers or accessories.
- Custom-built or special-order products.
- Digital design services, renderings, or consultations.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hyperbaricwellness.com with the following information:
- Your name and order number.
- Date of purchase and product details.
- Reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
5. Shipping & Handling for Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- All returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for chamber products or accessories.
- If the return is denied, we will contact you with further options.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email info@hyperbaricwellness.com.
8. Cancellations
Orders for hyperbaric chambers are custom-built and begin production shortly after payment. Therefore:
- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may incur administrative or production fees depending on the build stage.
